I thought my 68' GTO was hot but this car is special
Hi Kathie..you hit a nerve, Cords were awseome cars, by favorite where the later one, but this one is just Fine :O))
Cheers, thanks for sharing !
Cords were always amazing. I know that I hit the later Cord 810/812 on my 101 Cars series on LaneBailey.com. They were pioneers and visionaries...
Michaelangelo - It certainly caught our eyes. ps Welcome To AR
Fred - I may not be big on the names etc but I certainly enjoy just looking at them ... and of course dreaming about owning one , especially one with as much class as this one.
Lane - It certainly popped into my line of vision
The 810/812 was not only front wheel drive (like the L-29 above) but had retractable headlights. Add the supercharging... And they are all drop dead gorgeous.
Lane - Retractable headlights!! ... and we thought they were cool when we first saw them in our younger years (I think it was on a Corvette)
Kathy,
Wow! Doesn't everyone love old elegant cars?!
Mike in Tucson
I would love to ride in one of those oldies. They did not have air conditioning though...
Mike - I know I sure do
Gary - top down and off you go ... especially in this gorgeous fall weather we are having now
